1. Services

Slabio Floors provides residential concrete and garage floor coating services and related services.

Services may be performed by Slabio Floors, independent contractors, subcontractors, or qualified installation and fulfillment partners.

Specific project scope, pricing, materials, scheduling, warranties, and other project-specific terms may be provided separately in a quote, proposal, work order, invoice, or service agreement.

2. Website Pricing and Estimates

Prices displayed on our website are based on standard project assumptions and may represent starting prices or package prices.

Final pricing may change based on actual project conditions, including:

• Garage or floor size
• Concrete condition
• Cracks or damage
• Existing coatings
• Required coating removal
• Moisture conditions
• Surface preparation requirements
• Steps, stem walls, or other additional surfaces
• Unusual layouts or site conditions
• Other work outside the standard package

Submitting information through our website does not create a binding contract or guarantee a final price.

A project becomes binding only after the applicable quote, proposal, work order, invoice, or service agreement has been accepted as required.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for providing accurate project information and reasonable access to the property.

Garage floors must be completely cleared before the scheduled installation unless Slabio Floors has specifically agreed to provide another arrangement.

Vehicles, boxes, tools, equipment, bikes, floor-standing shelving, personal belongings, and other items that obstruct access to the work area should be removed before the installation team arrives.

Failure to properly prepare the area may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional charges.

4. Scheduling

Installation dates and timeframes are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

Scheduling may be affected by project conditions, material availability, contractor availability, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes.

5. Payments

Payment requirements, deposits, balances, accepted payment methods, and due dates will be disclosed as part of the applicable quote, invoice, work order, or service agreement.

Customers agree to pay all authorized charges associated with their project.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, deposit, and rescheduling terms may be specified in the applicable quote, invoice, work order, or service agreement.

Where project-specific cancellation terms have been accepted, those terms will control.

7. Coating Appearance and Existing Conditions

Concrete is a naturally variable substrate. Existing cracks, moisture, contamination, repairs, movement, deterioration, previous coatings, and other conditions may affect preparation, installation, appearance, adhesion, or performance.

Decorative coatings may also contain natural variations in color, texture, flake distribution, sheen, and finished appearance.

Exact uniformity cannot always be guaranteed.

8. Warranties

Any warranty applicable to a project will be described in the customer's applicable written quote, work order, service agreement, or warranty documentation.

No warranty should be assumed based solely on general website content unless expressly stated in writing as applying to the customer's specific project.

9. Independent Service Providers

Slabio Floors may coordinate projects using independent installation professionals, subcontractors, or fulfillment partners.

Slabio Floors may manage customer acquisition, quoting, scheduling, payments, communications, and customer experience while qualified service providers perform some or all on-site work.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, submit fraudulent information, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Website content, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text, and other materials belonging to Slabio Floors or Map Noir Business Services LLC may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without authorization.

11. Communications

When you submit your contact information, you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry, quote, appointment, project, or services.

Depending on the consent you provide, communications may occur by telephone, email, or text message.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Map Noir Business Services LLC and Slabio Floors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms will be governed by applicable law, without limiting any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
